Pearl Lowe's Ronson upset

Pearl Lowe was "gutted" when her daughter Daisy split from Mark Ronson.

The fashion designer was stunned when her 19-year-old model daughter ended her relationship with music producer Mark in September.

Pearl also revealed she has always attempted to keep Daisy - whose father is rocker Gavin Rossdale - grounded, despite her star-studded upbringing

Speaking about a photograph which appeared to show Pearl angrily pointing at Mark soon after the break-up, she explained: "It looked like I was pointing a finger at him but I wasn't having a go. It was just nice to see Mark as I had spent a lot of time with him.

"I was gutted when they split because I thought Daisy was being well looked after. She tends to look after everybody else and he was the first person who was there for her. I loved that."

Pearl also revealed she has always attempted to keep Daisy - whose father is rocker Gavin Rossdale - grounded, despite her star-studded upbringing.

She added: "Daisy has always been a very level-headed girl. She is kind and compassionate, plus she is grown up with a good family behind her."
