Penny Lancaster was so scared of photographing Elton John she took husband Rod Stewart along for moral support.
The model-turned-photographer had to snap Elton after agreeing to photograph stars and their dogs for the new PDSA charity calendar, 'Pet Pawtraits'.
Despite being thrilled to be involved, Penny admits she found it very daunting to shoot such a huge icon.
Penny, 35, told Britain's Hello magazine: "I was so nervous before the Elton John shoot. I've met him a few times and he's always been really sweet and nice. But he's just this huge icon - I mean, he's one of the biggest legends.

Penny, who gave birth to her and Rod's first son, Alastair, last November, was still breastfeeding during the shoot so she had to take her baby to work with her.
She explained: "I was still breastfeeding and needed to take breaks to feed him. I also brought my mum along to hold him when I was taking the shots
