Doherty to clean up and marry Moss

Pete Doherty has said he will marry Kate Moss once he is clean.,

The rocker is determined to stay clean and settle down with the supermodel. Doherty’s literary agent, Paul Roundhill, said yesterday (08.08.06): "I said to Pete ‘When are you going to marry Kate?’ and he said ‘When I’m cleaned up.’ “He is clean now and is determined to stay that way. He wants to do the right thing and is a total romantic. He’s really trying for Kate they are very much in love. “I think they should go away together to get out of the limelight and spend some quality time together, and Kate wants to do that.” The Babyshambles frontman is due to perform with his band at the Ibiza Rocks concert on Monday (14.08.06) and has invited Kate to come with him. But the rest of Doherty’s band are reportedly furious that he isn’t taking his work seriously and would rather be holidaying with the supermodel.

One source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “This is supposed to be a serious gig, not a beach holiday for a pair of posers.”
