All the Girls had a bash at break dancing and first up was Shabnam who moves where crazy.Carole was a shocker she went from an athletic cartwheel to the catepillar to finish with a backspin.Charley and lesley went next charley was upside while lesley made a fible attempt at doing the caterpillar.Channelle forgot most of the teams moves but still managed to do ok.Emily created a stare as she was really good at doing the Windmill....Laura decided that she prefered a less gymnastic approach and decided a groovey alternative was far better, dropping into a freeze and then flowing in to a hand spin.Nicky stepped up and started doing the wormTracey seemed to pull off the break dancing even though she is a weakend raver.

As for the twins, like normal they did everything together even the the timing of there choreographed moves.
