Queen Latifah is to open a FatBurger fast-food diner in Miami, Florida.The rapper-turned-jazz singer and actress is one of the brains behind South Beach's new fast-food restaurant, and admits it has been her dream to get behind a FatBurger for years.She says, "That was part of my L.A. education - on Sundays in California...everybody would come out... in all these low-riders...
