Rachel Welch: 'I Don't Want Toy Boys '.Veteran actress Raquel Welch has vowed never to date a younger man again - because her previous relationships have left her feeling a "terrible failure".The 67-year-old star has been married four times previously and split from her fourth husband restaurateur Richard Palmer - 15 years her junior - earlier this year (08). Now Welch insists she is looking to date someone closer to her own age.She says, "I've been married four times and I still haven't worked out what it is that I want. I feel a terrible failure. I don't go for much younger men anymore. I don't think it's a good idea for me."
