Ray Winstone has landed a role in the new 'Indiana Jones' movie.
The British actor will star as Harrison Ford's sidekick in the fourth instalment of Steve Spielberg's film series which follow the adventures of the intrepid archaeologist.
The 50-year-old, who starred in 'Sexy Beast' and 'Cold Mountain', will share the screen with Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett - whose role is yet to be disclosed.
Sean Connery is rumoured to be reprising his role as Indiana's father and Natalie Portman is also said to be in negotiations to join the cast.
The new - and currently untitled - movie is a sequel to previous Indiana blockbusters 'Raiders of the Lost Ark', 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom' and 'Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade'.
Shooting for the film is expected to begin in June in Los Angeles and at other undisclosed locations around the world.
