Pregnant Rebecca Romijn has splashed out on a luxury nursery for her twins.

The 'Ugly Betty' actress, who is due to give birth any day, and her husband Jerry O'Connell hired celebrity designer Joseph Wahl to create the perfect bedroom for their babies.

Wahl revealed: "The nursery theme fits perfectly with the couple's 20s-style cabin. It looks fantastic. I am thrilled for them."

The nursery boasts custom-made $1,000 Bella Notte silk crib sheets, Bella Notte Linens window shades worth $1,200 and two $500 Jenny Lind cribs.

The couple also purchased $350 baby loungers, along with a bespoke changing table with adjustable board, a vintage rug, an antique mirror and vintage glass knobs for the closet doors.

Rebecca isn't the only celebrity believed to have spent a fortune on a nursery.

Earlier this year, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt reportedly hired exclusive Los Angeles baby boutique Petit Tresor to design a $144,109 bedroom for their twins Vivienne and Knox.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are said to have ordered a $51,468 nursery from Petit Tresor in preparation for the arrival of their twins in February.
