Nick Lachey is set to become the latest celebrity restaurateur.The ex-98 Degrees singer, 33, is teaming up with socialite Nicky Hilton and That '70s Show star Wilmer Valderrama to open an eaterie in Las Vegas' Luxor Hotel and Casino.The Company American Bistro will open next month (Oct07).
