Rumer Willis is addicted to making pies.

The 'Sorority Row' actress - who is the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis - can't resist her cravings for sugary baked goods, so spends her free time in the kitchen.

She said: "I just don't care about fame. I have better things to do - like making pies.

My mom likes either pecan pie or German chocolate and I just made a coconut banana cream pie for Ashton. He liked that very much. It was gone in a matter of three days.

"I love making pies. It all started when I went on a road trip with my boyfriend. We stopped off at this diner and had this strawberry and rhubarb pie, and I thought, 'This is incredible. I'm going to learn how to make it.' So I did."

Rumer is so accomplished at baking, she even treats Demi and her stepfather Ashton Kutcher to their favourite pies.

She added: "My mom likes either pecan pie or German chocolate and I just made a coconut banana cream pie for Ashton. He liked that very much. It was gone in a matter of three days."

Rumer also insists she is happy her 46-year-old mother married Ashton and claims the 31-year-old Hollywood heartthrob is far more mature than he seems on the big screen.

The 21-year-old star explained to Britain's Glamour magazine: "Before I met Ashton I thought he was one of those young Hollywood guys. And then I met him and he is such an old soul. If you didn't know and see how he looked, you would think he was in his forties."
