Russell Brand has admitted he is obsessed with sex.The British TV presenter presenter - who is reportedly dating Kate Moss - made the revelation just days after being caught trying to secretly leave the supermodel's house in London.Former drug addict Brand also admitted to have "fallen" for the blonde catwalk queen - who recently dumped her ex-boyfriend, drug addict rocker Pete Doherty.Russell told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Kate's a great girl. Things are going well for me at the moment but I hope I don't get caught running out of her house again. That was embarrassing."The star also confirmed his former girlfriend reality TV contestant Becki Seddiki's recent claims about his extreme sexual appetite are true.He said: "Well, it's not quibble, guilty as charged. I'm sex obsessed."The 30-year-old presenter also boasted about his confidence between the sheets.

He said: "I do like to satisfy women out of a boastful arrogance. You feel more confident when you make a woman fully satisfied."
