The case has been sent to the Orange County District Attorney's office and Valentine faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon. Her bail was set at $25,000 and she is due in court on May 22.
Sandra's representative Cheryl Maisel said: "Both Jesse James and Sandra Bullock are fine and it is now in the hands of the authorities."
