Sandra Bullock's stalker has been charged after allegedly trying to run over the actress' husband.
Marcia Valentine, 46, faces a maximum sentence of four years and eight months in prison if she is found guilty of assault and stalking.
On April 22, she reportedly tried to run over Sandra' husband Jesse James several times at the actress' Sunset Beach home.
Valentine allegedly "got angry" after Jesse attempted to write down her licence plate number and attempted to knock him down with her car.
Police found Valentine in the couple's neighbourhood the next day and arrested her for attempted assault with a deadly weapon.
Valentine posted $25,000 bail and her arraignment has been set for May 22.
Last week, Sandra won a three-year restraining order against Valentine, who has appeared at the couple's home on several occasions in the last few months.
