Parker - who has a four-year-old son, James, with her husband Matthew Broderick - said: "I'm pretty disciplined. I work out in the gym most days.
"I am sometimes distressed by what the standard has become.
"Madonna's probably the most disciplined person around and so I can only pale in comparison. It's just too impressive."
