Allen is married to his ex-lover Mia Farrow's adopted daughter, Soon-Yi Previn.
As she received her award on Thursday (15.02.07), Scarlett joked: "This is the closest I'll ever get to a Harvard degree, for sure."
The prestigious honour is given by student drama group Hasty Pudding Theatricals to performers who have made a "lasting and impressive contribution to the world of entertainment".
Ben Stiller is to be crowned Harvard Hasty Pudding man of the year on February 23.
