52 year old Lynne Spears, pop singer, Britney Spears mum, signed a lucrative book deal before hiring a manager to look after her blossoming career.The $1 million (£500,000) deal, Lynne recently signed up to was for her to write a parenting book, Pop Culture Mom: A Real Story Of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World and according to New York Posts gossip column Page Six, the mother of three needs an agent to look after her business. The book is set to be released in May next year (2008) and will be published by Christian book group Thomas Nelson. News of Lynne Spears' decision to appoint an agency comes after her 25-year-old superstar daughter took on new management herself - hiring her friend Sam Lufti to take charge of her music career.
