Former child star Shia LaBeouf is bulking up to star alongside Harrison Ford in the new Indiana Jones film. The 20-year-old actor - who starred in hit US children's TV show 'Even Stevens' and kids' movie 'Holes' - feels inadequate in comparison to the action legend, and has embarked on a tough fitness regime to match Harrison's buff physique LaBeouf said: "The guy is still in premium shape. You don't want to be standing next to Harrison Ford and not be jacked as well."I'll run for an hour and then I'll do two hours of weights seven days a week. I have definitely not trained like this for anything in my life. I'm preparing like I'm going into battle."LaBeouf is also sticking to a carbohydrate packed diet and guzzling down protein shakes to build the bulk more quickly. He explained: "My diet is protein-heavy and carb-heavy."I drink protein shakes non-stop, three or four a day, and I run a lot, so you get rid of the bad carbs and keep the rest so you have the energy to make it through."

LaBeouf is the rising star of 2007. He has just starred in Robert Downy Jr.'s critically acclaimed New York coming-of-age drama 'A Guide to Recognizing your Saints'.

He also appeared in the Golden Globe nominated 'Bobby' alongside Lindsay Lohan.

He is currently starring in gritty thriller 'Disturbia' and has a lead role in hotly anticipated summer blockbuster 'Transformers'.
