Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills are definitely to divorce.The former model's spokesperson let slip they were to legally separate in a statement issued on Sunday (11.06.06).It read: "Contrary to recent press reports, Heather Mills McCartney will not be giving any interviews or commenting in relation to her pending divorce from her husband." Meanwhile, Heather is furious about reports claiming she once worked as a high-priced prostitute.On Tuesday (13.06.06), her spokesperson released another statement announcing that she is planning to take legal action against the British newspaper that first printed the claims, saying: "She will defer issue of legal proceedings until the arrangements in relation to the divorce are concluded, but intends to sue at that stage all parties, including individuals, who are intent on damaging her reputation."The statement also claimed that extensive media coverage - which has included pictures of her posing in an X-rated 80s German sex book- has made Heather ill.It read: "Heather is very distressed by this article. She continues to recover slowly from her revision amputation operation and has suffered weight loss, anxiety and sleeping problems as a result of the stress and anxiety of the break up of her marriage. The coverage of this in certain newspapers has caused further distress and illness to her."
