Spider-man Sells Up....

Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire has spun up a moneyspinner after selling his Hollywood Hills home for almost $8 million (£4 million) more than he paid for it in 2002.The actor, who celebrated his first Father's Day as a dad yesterday (17Jun07), renovated the Mediterranean three-bedroom home with the help of Cuban-born architect Waldo Fernandez, according to the Los Angeles Times newspaper.

Maguire has sold the home for $11.5 million (£5.75 million).
