Taio Cruz's Sunshine Roast

Taio Cruz is going abroad for Christmas - but only provided he can still have a traditional festive dinner.

The 'Break Your Heart' hitmaker said he's looking forward to a trip to a tropical destination, but will be making sure he can still enjoy roast turkey with all the trimmings to remind him of his home in the UK.

He said: "I would like to go to either Miami or Australia, for the beaches and sunshine, but I've got to have roast turkey with gravy and all the trimmings, it's not Christmas without it.

"I'm thinking of having a funny Christmas. Just going somewhere really hot and just hanging out, with my girlfriend, doing it really relaxed.

"I don't want to go crazy, extravagant, I leave that for onstage - when I'm off, I'm really chilled out."

Before he heads out however, Taio - who topped the charts with his track 'Break Your Heart' as well as wrote number one single 'Never Leave You' by Tinchy Stryder - said he's having a huge party for all the artists he's worked with this year to celebrate the successes of his .

He added: "I haven't celebrated any of my number ones yet so I'm planning to have a huge party. I'm inviting everyone I've worked with this year.

"The guest list will have on it the likes of Cheryl Cole, Tinchy Stryder, N-Dubz and JLS and it's going to have a black and white theme."
