Sir Mick Jagger is so worried about forgetting his lines on stage he has started using an autocue. The 63-year-old Rolling Stones frontman needs help remembering the words to his hit songs so he has started using scripts screened on monitors hidden in his speakers. A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Mick's not getting any younger and he doesn't want to slip up. "He's generally running all over the stage but if he gets a memory blank he can get back to the screen quickly. "He rarely needs it but it's a back-up. It would be pretty embarrassing to forget the words to a song like 'Satisfaction' when you've been singing it for 40 years." Mick, who is currently on the road with the band's 'A Bigger Bang' world tour, also needs prompts with the abs-lib section of the show, and assistance to remember what country he is playing in. The source added: "He likes to address the crowds in their language so there's a standard patter at points in the show.

"When they played Twickenham the scripts even said 'Good evening London'."

Last week, it was revealed Mick has an oxygen tank backstage to help him get through his gruelling live shows.

A spokesman for the band said: "Lots of singers have an oxygen tank by the stage. It's fairly common.
