Barbra Streisand claimed fifth place with $95.8 million, despite earning only $4 million from album sales. Streisand's 20 US shows generated $92.5 million, with tickets fetching up to $300.
Other big earners included Renée Zellweger's country star ex-husband Kenny Chesney with $90.1 million, and Celine Dion who amassed $85.2 million in 2006 - her Las Vegas shows generated $78.1 million.
Bon Jovi, Nickelback and the Dave Matthews Band also made the top 10.
The list ranks acts by US tour grosses, album and download sales.
