The Spice Girls' London concert has sold out in just 38 seconds.More than one million fans registered for tickets for the December 15 show and those randomly selected in a ballot quickly bombarded the phone lines to secure their seats.Chris Edmonds, boss of the show's promoters Ticketmaster, said: "It was a dramatic moment - the sales went live and there was a huge surge as fans bombarded the lines." Two more London dates - December 16 and 18 - have now been added to cope with the huge demand, with a fourth concert proposed for January 2 2008.The London concerts - which will take place at the O2 arena - are part of the band's hotly-anticipated world tour, which starts in Vancouver on December 2.The reformed girl group - Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Geri Halliwell - will also perform in Los Angeles, New York, Sydney, Cape Town and Hong Kong. The concerts will be the first time the girls have performed as a five-piece since May 1998, after Geri sensationally quit.
They announced they were reforming in June and will release their greatest hits album next month.
