Trudie Styler loves bed time with Sting

Trudie Styler loves spending time in bed with her husband Sting and says the couple have an active sex life more than 30 years after they first got together.

Trudie Styler has a "lovely time" in bed with Sting.

The 57-year-old actress - who has four children, Bridget, 27, Jake, 25, Eliot, 20, who is known as Coco, and Giacomo, 15, with the singer - explained despite being a couple for more than 30 years, she and her husband still have a very active sex life.

She said: "Sting and I do have a lovely time in bed."

However, Trudie - who met the musician when he was still married to first wife Frances Tomelty - insists she doesn't feel guilty about the way the couple got together, and says she is "even more" in love with Sting today as she ever was.

She added: "I believe I'm a good person. I think I've made lots of mistakes in my life. I certainly don't think falling in love with Sting was a mistake. We just fell in love, passionately in love. I'm still as in love with him today as I ever was. Even more.

"There were a lot of sad feelings of remorse around that time. But what can I say? We love each other madly and I don't know what the formula for it is. There's certainly no secret. It just seems to work."
