'America's Next Top Model' host Tyra Banks has ended her three-year relationship with her banker boyfriend John Utendahl.

Tyra Banks has split from her boyfriend and has gone on a "spiritual trip" to Bali to get over the break-up.

The 'America's Next Top Model' host has separated from banker John Utendahl after three years with him and has decided to seek solace in the Far East with a female friend.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Tyra has gone away with a female friend and has been island-hopping, visiting Bali and taking a spiritual retreat."

Tyra, 38, first met John, 50, in 2007 but the pair only publicly revealed they were a couple a year later.

In the wake of the separation, the banker was reportedly spotted last Thursday (08.12.11) with a Russian model at New York night spot Catch.

News of the couple's split comes as a shock as earlier this year Tyra admitted she wanted to have a baby.

The former supermodel said: "I definitely want babies."

However, she admitted to talk show host Piers Morgan she didn't think she needed to get married before she got pregnant.

She added: "I don't think it's (getting married) necessarily necessary."
