Uma Thurman To Wed?

Uma Thurman has sparked rumours she will marry this weekend.

The 'Life Before Her Eyes' actress and her multi-millionaire fiance Arpad Busson flew to the Bahamian island of Eleuthera earlier this week, prompting reports they are planning to tie the knot.

The couple are staying at a luxury resort on the idyllic island, which requires people to be in the country for at least 48 hours before they can obtain a marriage license.

All the ladies were wide-eyed because the ring was so massive! It was so huge that she can't fit it through the sleeve of her coat.

Paperwork is issued by the Registrar General, who has so far refused to confirm or deny Uma has requested a license.

Uma and Arpad announced their engagement last June, with Arpad giving Uma an eight-carat diamond ring.

The 38-year-old actress first showed off the impressive jewellery at Elton John's 10th White Tie and Tiara benefit in Windsor, England, much to the delight of onlookers.

One said: "All the ladies were wide-eyed because the ring was so massive! It was so huge that she can't fit it through the sleeve of her coat."

Uma has been married twice before, to Gary Oldman and Ethan Hawke.

She and Ethan have two children - daughter Maya, 10, and seven-year-old son Levon - while Arpad has sons Arpad Flynn, 11, and Aurelius Cy, six, with his ex-fiancee Elle Macpherson.
