Taylor Swift was honoured by the Country Music Association on Tuesday for her contribution to the genre.
The singer and her fellow country bumpkin Carrie Underwood were the star guests at the annual CMA Artists of the Year celebration, held at The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee.
Both walked away with trophies - Swift was presented with her award by close friend Hayley Williams, while country legend Randy Travis gave Underwood her prize.
