Victoria Beckham wants neck surgery.The former Spice Girls star is said to be worried that her flaws have been exposed since cutting her hair short in a 'pixie' style and she is willing to go under the knife to improve the apparent problem area.A source said: "All eyes are now on her neck because there's nowhere to hide it, so Victoria wants to see if she can do anything to improve it. "She's been saying that it looks wrinkled and compromised. She's seriously considering having work done."Victoria, 34, is also said to be worried her new haircut makes her look old.A source said: "She wanted the short, dark chocolate hair to make her look more youthful but now she's worried it just draws attention the flaws in her profile and her nose - which she hates. Victoria fears she's fighting a losing battle against aging. She's paranoid about looking old."

I think she has an exquisite neck. Long, slim and soft. What more could a man ask for? Lucky david if he is in to skinny necks of a beautiful woman.
