Warren Beatty and Annette Bening are selling their Beverly Hills home for $7 million.
The film director-and-actor and his wife have listed the 10,594 square foot Mediterranean-style mansion, after initially putting it up for rent last year.
The property includes a library, a gym, maid's quarters, six family bedrooms and eight bathrooms over two stories.
The Ivy covered home was reportedly built in 1992, the same year Warren and Oscar nominated actress Annette married.
The grounds sprawl over acre and contain a separate guesthouse, a swimming pool with spa, mature trees and expansive lawns.
The home was originally available for rent at $27,500 a month last year, but the price was reduced to $19,995 a month.
The couple already own other property in the Los Angeles area, where they are believed to be living.
Warren has most recently been working on a biopic of businessman and film producer Howard Hughes, but has said little about its progress, telling The Hollywood reporter: "No wine before its time."
He was also spotted earlier this month congratulating his elder sister Shirley MacLaine when she was presented with the American Film Institute's Life Achievement Award.
Speaking of her at the event, he described her as: "The perfect girl-next-door, the red-headed tomboy with the wicked smile."
