The singer/songwriter and her husband Swizz Beatz have put their Phoenix, Arizona, estate on the market for $3.85 because they don't have time to appreciate it.

Alicia - who has sons Egypt Daoud, five and one-year-old Genesis Ali with Swizz - told the Arizona Republic: "We bought in Phoenix because it's a magical place. The way the mountains remind you of your smallness and inspire you to be great all at the same time is so powerful. "The wonderful climate, the amazing landscape, the arts and culture, and the fact that Phoenix is not as overrun as some other warm-weather destinations, was also a big reason for us.

"The home was a dream come true, that's why we called it Dreamland. It's open and light, equipped with all modern amenities," the couple said. "It has the most beautiful views and everyone who comes is always so moved by how it feels in the house. There's really no place in the world like it!

"We want someone who could fully use and appreciate this wonderful home. We want to see someone own it, love it and make a life there."

The palatial pad has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and a six -car garage.

Kristle Jensen of Luxury Treehouse Realty added: "There are only a handful of properties in Phoenix that offer these magnificent views. This remarkable estate captures every element a buyer could ask for. It was designed for entertaining and upscale living with not a single detail left untouched."
