The 'Les Miserables' actress is expecting her first child with husband Adam Shulman and insiders are expecting her to take a long time out of work.

A source said: "Anne can't wait to be a mum. She's been wanting it for a long time and waited until the right time to take a break from Hollywood.

"She feels she's achieved so much already, it's time to take a break from acting.

"She's told friends she wants to put her career on the back burner for a while and concentrate on being a full-time mum."

And the 33-year-old beauty plans to take her time to get her figure back once she's given birth.

The source added to Closer magazine: "Anne wants to be healthy and because she doesn't want to rush back into a film role, she's not going to put herself under pressure to slim quickly.

"She does yoga every day and eats mainly organic food, although she has been tempted by bagels and doughnuts recently to combat morning sickness."

Anne previously admitted she wants a large family, but only if she can make all her kids feel "special".

She said: "I'd like to have as many [children] as I can afford, not just financially but in terms of time, because you want to make sure each one feels special."
