Brandi Glanville allegedly caused a "scene" when she turned up at the same restaurant her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian was dining at with LeAnn Rimes.
Tensions were running high when the reality star ran into her former spouse and his new wife - who he left Brandi for in 2009 - in posh sushi eatery Nobu in Malibu, California, on Saturday (06.07.13).
The trio barely acknowledged each other, despite Brandi and Eddie's two sons Mason, nine, and Jake, five, running back and forth between the tables.
An eye witness told RadarOnline.com that when Eddie and LeAnn tried to leave, they were "confronted by Brandi who raised her voice and glass of wine at them. It was so obnoxious that other people at the restaurant turned their heads to see what all the commotion was about".
Brandi allegedly screeched, "Is that a hi or a bye?", before the pair made a swift exit.
The source added: "Brandi was holding Jake in her lap when LeAnn and Eddie walked by. It was a very awkward moment and she appeared to cause quite the scene."
However, the warring stars - who have been locked in a vicious spat since the affair - were quick to play down the drama on Twitter, with Brandi appearing to extend an olive branch to her former love rival by suggesting they cut the "bulls**t".
The 'Real Housewives' star wrote: "Just left Nobu Malibu with boys and friends, ran into boys dad. The kids love us all together so lets just stop all th BS. Xb (sic)"
LeAnn also seemed keen to prove she was unfazed by Brandi, posting: "Nobu was amazing! Such a romantic night w/ our favorite couple friends."
Singer-and-actress LeAnn, 30, embarked upon an affair with Eddie, 39, after meeting on the set of a TV movie in 2009, however, 'The Playboy Club' hunk was wed to Brandi at the time, while LeAnn was married to Dean Sheremet.
Brandi has previously insisted her sons shouldn't be left alone with their stepmother LeAnn - who checked into rehab for anxiety issues last August - although she admitted the boys "love her".
