Camille Grammer has been granted a restraining order against her boyfriend after he allegedly assaulted her in a hotel room.

The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star - who was previously married to 'Frasier' actor Kelsey Grammer - says she feared for her life when her partner Dimitri Charalambopoulos attacked her after she questioned a phone call he received from a mystery woman.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Camille, who was recently diagnosed with endometrial cancer and had a preventative hysterectomy earlier this month, claims she was recuperating in a hotel in Houston, Texas, on October 16 when the assault happened.

Dimitri allegedly "pulled out clumps" of Camille's hair and smashed her iPhone in a fit of rage during the attack.

The 45-year-old reality TV star accuses her partner of two years of "repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture and completely immobilising me" and says he "squeezed my nose between his finger and pushed upward forcefully, covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me to prevent me from breathing".

Following a torturous 40 minute to one hour ordeal, Camille claims Dimitri eventually relented but warned he would "knock her out" if she attempted to move from the hotel bed.

Just 24 hours before being granted the restraining order in court today (29.10.13), Camille teased that some "jaw dropping" information would be revealed about her.

In a series of messages on Twitter, the mother-of-two said the incident occurred just two days after she left hospital care having had a hysterectomy and felt "in fear" for her life.

Per the restraining order, Dimitri has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Camille and her two children, Mason and Jude, with ex-husband Kelsey.
