Chloë Grace Moretz has blasted Kim Kardashian West for her "silly" comment following their spat over her nude selfie.

The 19-year-old actress found herself locked in a war of words with the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' beauty last week over the reality star's raunchy upload online but she believes she was unfairly targeted in a malicious way because her innocent remark was "misconstrued."
Speaking about her feud with Kim, Chloë told ELLE magazine: "All I'll say is that I think a lot of things can be misconstrued in a lot of ways.
"And I think if people open their minds more, and they try to look deeper into something than just something that is a very big, hot, fiery button to hide behind ...
"I think if people looked into something bigger that I was trying to speak upon, they wouldn't be so easy to fire back silly, miscellaneous things."
Chloë found herself in the firing line last week after she claimed the 35-year-old reality TV star - who has two children, North, two, and Saint, three months, with her husband Kanye West - wasn't acting as a good role model.
She said: "@KimKardashian I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them we have so much more to offer than just our bodies.
"There's a huge difference in respecting the platform that you're given as a celebrity and "slut shaming" something I never have done and would never do.(sic)"
The remark angered the brunette beauty - who shot to fame after her sex tape was leaked in 2007 - and she was quick to shut down the 'Carrie' actress.
She fired back: "let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is. your nylon cover is cute boo (sic)."
