The 35-year-old actor - who stars in the Colin Trevorrow-directed 'Jurassic World' - has revealed his favourite part of shooting the movie was getting to spend time in Hawaii with his family, saying it inspired him to want to appear in the US police drama series.

Asked to recall his most cherished moment shooting the film, Chris - who's married to 'Scary Movie' actress Anna Faris, with whom he has a two-year-old son, Jack - said: "It might not have been an actual moment. For me, my favourite part of the process was being in Hawaii with my family.

"Swimming, surfing and fishing, and doing runs and hikes all around there and then going to work in Hawaii.

"I want see if I can get a role on 'Hawaii Five-0' or something. If I could live there and work, I would."

Meanwhile, Chris - who's a self-confessed fan of the 'Jurassic Park' franchise - revealed he would happily appear in more of the movies.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, he joked: "They have me for I think 38 movies or something."
