Dr. Dre has reportedly bought Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady's Los Angeles mansion for $40 million.
The rapper and producer has had his eye on the impressive custom-built home in Brentwood for a few months now and finally signed the paperwork yesterday (04.06.14) to become the new homeowner.
According to the Los Angeles Times newspaper, Dr. Dre, 49, managed to secure the property for $10 million less than what the couple had originally listed it for.
The 14,000-square-foot property will suit the rapper down to the ground as it boasts six bedrooms, a fully-equipped gym, library, infinity pool and even a moat and waterfall.
Meanwhile, Gisele and Tom have reportedly forked out $40 million over the space of four years to build their dream home, but plan to relocate to Boston permanently, where they're busy constructing yet another massive 14,300 square-foot mansion over five-acres of land.
The supermodel and NFL star - who have a four-year-old son, Benjamin, together - also recently splashed out on a $14million apartment in New York City.
