Ed Sheeran hired a pub for his own post-MTV EMAs party on Sunday, November 9.
Snubbing the official in-house after-party in favour of putting on his own celebrations, he didn't even turn up to the event when his phone died and subsequently couldn't give details to one famous friend.
Labrinth - that friend - explained: "I got a text from Ed telling me to come to his pub. When I asked him what pub he didn't reply."
The singer instead opted to go to the hotel bar for some quiet drinks after narrowly missing out on the Best Male prize to Canadian sensation Justin Bieber.
Nicki Minaj also avoided The Arches after hosting the show, going to bed early after an exhausting day of presenting following many rehearsals.
A source said to The Sun newspaper: "Nicki's dancers were already at the party enjoying the free vodka. The staff cleared an area and laid out drinks for her and her entourage. But she failed to show up."
Organisers are said to have been disappointed with the lack of celebrities who did go on to celebrate at the post-ceremony bash.
The source continued: "Apart from LMFAO's Red Foo, none of the big US stars such as Ariana Grande or Slash went along. All they got was Vicky Pattison from 'Geordie Shore'."
