The Black Eyed Peas singer says that while she watches while she eats, she will allow herself the occasional treat and won't worry about it.

She said: "I'm one of those girls who's not psychotic about what I eat. I'll watch what I eat, but I'll let myself cheat once in a while, too."

As well as following a sensible diet, Fergie maintains her stunning figure by doing regular exercise.

She said: "A little bit of play and a little bit of work, but always make sure you get your workout in. It's about being healthy but still having fun."

However, Fergie - who is married to actor Josh Duhamel - says she's not concerned about her figure at the moment as she is putting all her efforts into the house she shares with her handsome husband.
