The 'Dark Knight' star, who separated from his fourth wife in 2014 after six years of marriage, has reportedly agreed to pay the 36-year-old singer-songwriter $3.3 million as part of their settlement.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Maren Nelson signed off on their divorce on Tuesday (29.09.15), and the 57-year-old star, who is the highest-grossing actor in film history, will keep their two homes and multiple cars, according to court documents.

The former couple got married on New Year's Eve in 2008, but quietly split last year and Alexandra filed for divorce in January, citing irreconcilable differences.

Shortly before they separated, Gary - who was also previously married to Lesley Manville, Uma Thurman and Donya Fiorentino, admitted that he "wasn't proud" to have married four times but hoped Alexandra would be his last wife.

He said: "Practice makes perfect. Isn't that what they say? I'm not proud that this is my fourth marriage. But this is a good one. Hopefully, my last one."

He later insisted their split was amicable in a statement, saying: "Alex and I had several great years together, and we shared a great love during that time; but there is big difference in our ages and ultimately that gap inevitably revealed different lifestyle interests. While I have been sad about this for over a year, I am grateful for the good times we did have, and we remain friends. Of course I wish Alex the best happiness in the future."
