Gwyneth Paltrow and Beyonce are going on a four-day retreat.
The 41 year old actress will help her A-list pal unwind with relaxing yoga classes and hikes before the 'Drunk in Love' hitmaker begins her gruelling 'On the Run' stadium tour with her husband Jay Z later this month.
Gwyneth has checked the pair into an exclusive retreat in California's central coast, where they are expected to meditate, go on long walks and sample wine and handmade chocolate at local vineyards.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Gwyneth reckons this is just what her friend needs to get her energy back."
The relaxing four-day getaway could be exactly what the in-demand stars need following their respective personal crises this year.
Gwyneth announced her split from husband Chris Martin in March, while Beyonce, 32, found herself at the centre of a scandal when footage emerged of her sister Solange Knowles physically attacking her husband Jay in a hotel elevator last month.
The 'XO' singer has previously spoken of her affinity with the 'Iron Man 3' star, revealing that they bonded over their daughters, Beyonce's two year old tot Blue Ivy and Gwyneth's girl, Apple, 10.
She said: "She is incredible, she's a great friend on every level. I think for us, protecting our daughters is so important and keeping things on our own terms, so I will still be protective and make sure [Blue Ivy] has a childhood and a great time."
