Gwyneth Paltrow wishes she could get rid of her wrinkles.

Gwyneth Paltrow wants to get rid of her wrinkles, but wouldn't have obvious surgery.

Gwtneth Paltrow 41, amother of two, Apple, 10, and Moses, eight is unhappy with the ageing damage the sun has caused to her skin but doesn't want to have obvious surgery to erase the fine lines.

She said: "I think my best feature is my legs. But if I could change anything I wish I could get wrinkles and sun damage reversed without looking like I'd done anything. So for now, I'll just stick with my wrinkles and sun damage."

Gwyneth did admit to using Thermage laser treatment - a non-surgical procedure which promises to get ride of the dreaded "'turkey neck', loose jowls, sagging skin" - to target the signs of aging, however, the 'Iron Man' star warned that the process can be painful.

She explained: "It's non-invasive but it's quite painful, like having your face smacked with a rubber band that has an electric shock in it. But it works."

The active actress also credited her exercise regime and her beauty routine for her spot-free skin and generally improving the overall appearance of her face.

Gwyneth added to Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I think it's a lot about exercise, I really do. I do an hour of cardiovascular activity five days a week and I think that sweating is detoxifying and is really good for skin elasticity.

"I always take my make-up off before bed - always. I always cleanse and exfoliate when I've been wearing make-up.

"I didn't really start looking after my skin until I was 39. Now I use a hot cloth cleanser and Clarisonic Mia and I've seen a real difference in my skin. I apply Restorsea moisturiser, plus a little cream blusher and mascara, and then I'm ready."
