The retired adult film star - who has seven-year-old twins Jesse and Journey with her former partner Tito Ortiz - revealed she and partner Lior Bitton are expecting a child together.

She posted a picture on Twitter of herself pointing to her growing bump and wrote: "It's official!!!! I'm PREGNANT!!!! (sic)"

Jenna hinted she had been suffering from morning sickness on her social media account earlier this week.

She wrote: "Sorry Ive been so absent lately... Feeling really sicky... Rest rest rest! (sic)"

Last year, Jenna revealed she was converting to Judaism ahead of her wedding to Lior and planned to document her transition in a reality TV series.

Lior previously revealed: "It's a bit stressful because I'm not used to being in front of the cameras.

"But I can assure you there won't be any 'adult content' in the show. I'm not going there."

The 'Camera Sutra' star announced her decision to convert faiths in June 2015 following her engagement to the diamond dealer, and kept fans updated about her journey on her Twitter page.

In reference to the Jewish day of rest, known as the Shabbat, Jenna tweeted: "Starting my grocery list for my Shabbat menu... Excited to try a few new recipes!!! (sic)"

Later, she posted: "Finished with my grocery list for my latest menu for Shabbat!"

Jenna also posted an image of a home-made meal, with the caption: "I made home made Chilean sea bass chraimeh, potato pancakes, Israeli salad and yummy challah! (sic)"

The 'Passion of the Christies' star's conversion was praised by her social media followers, some of whom have expressed their encouragement, prompting Jenna to reply: "Such amazing support!"

By contrast, Jenna claimed in 2013 that she's always been "extremely Catholic".

She said: "I'm very religious.

"I think that we've come a long way religiously. I don't think that you have to take the Bible literally ... And I love being able to teach my children what it means to just believe and have the strength of faith ... I've always been extremely Catholic.

"My father was Catholic, and he brought me up that way."
