The 47-year-old actress - who starred in the long running 'Friends' series as Rachel Green for 10 years - has admitted she learned about female empowerment from watching the 82-year-old's documentary over eight times.

Speaking to PEOPLE magazine about her education and the Ms. magazine co-founder's influence on her, Jennifer said: "She's [Gloria] taught me about feminism.

"There was a time when I was like, 'I'm not quite sure I understand what this is?' And she's like, 'It's very simple: it's just about equality. That's all it is.'

"She's just taught me - have you seen her HBO documentary? I've seen it like eight times. She's just a very beautiful, strong woman.

"I've always thought Gloria is quite stunning for many, many reasons besides her exterior."

Jennifer has revealed her feminist outlook lets her see beauty as something internal rather than the aesthetic exterior.

Speaking previously about the definition of beauty, she said: "Really learning to love every single thing about yourself. And also realizing that it's not just clothes and what's happening [on the outside]. There's so much more that's beautiful in a human being."

Meanwhile, the fair-haired beauty - who was crowned the World's Most Beautiful Woman of 2016 by PEOPLE magazine on Wednesday (20.04.16) - is set to star in 'Mother's Day' alongside Kate Hudson, Julia Roberts and former 'Friends' co-star Courtney Cox, which will be released in America on Friday (29.04.16).
