The 'On The Floor' hitmaker has teamed up with the 36-year-old Broadway star on the track called 'Love Make The World Go Round', which will help to raise money for the Hispanic Federation's Proyecto Somos Orlando initiative, that "will address the long-term needs for mental health services that are culturally competent and bilingual. Proyecto will enable care to be delivered to those affected directly in the communities in which they live. Beyond emergency assistance, they will be provided with case management, crisis intervention and mental health services, among other needs."

Taking to Twitter, she announced: "Me and @Lin_Manuel are working in the studio on something very special...#LMTWGR #LoveMakeTheWorldGoRound #happy4thofJuly (sic)"

Sharing a preview of the track, the 'Hamilton' star also wrote: "Sooo @JLo & yours truly went in on a tune that will benefit https://hispanicfederation.org/SomosOrlando/ here's a taste!

#LMTWGR (sic)"

In the video clip, Lin-Manuel can be heard rapping the line "A generation of innovators enabled to patiently wait for change 'cause change is what they've been afraid of ... the malevolence can wait, raise a level of debate, celebrate, elevate."

And Jennifer, 46, sings "We're not staying inside today ... they're not taking our pride away."

Last month, 49 people were killed in the gay club Pulse in Orlando, Florida and the song will help benefit the family's of the victims.
