Justin Bieber will only use his new $29,000-a-month rental property to have parties in and plans to continue living in Beverly Hills.

The 'Believe' hitmaker plans to continue living in his Beverly Hills condominium - which has been visited by police numerous times following complaints off local residents - but is also splashing out $29,000-a-month on a 10-bedroom Hollywood Hills property which boasts a nightclub, screening room, pool, spa and gym and will use the house for entertaining.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "He is only using the Hollywood Hills rental to throw parties. It won't be his primary residence in Southern California.

"After Justin's house was raided earlier this year, he vowed to never be caught in a similar situation, and doesn't want random people in his home.

"So, Justin decided to rent a house just so he could throw parties. He might end up sleeping there from time to time, but still has the Beverly Hills condo, and will use that as his base."

The 20-year-old singer - who was charged with misdemeanour vandalism earlier this year for throwing eggs at a neighbour's house - is the latest in a string of tenants for the property, which was built in 2011 but failed to sell.

It has previously been occupied by 'American Idol' contestants and was also rented to Playboy TV's 'Swing', a reality show about swinger couples.
