The 'Big Bang Theory' star - who split from Ryan Sweeting in September last year after 21 months in wedlock - doesn't regret her marriage to the tennis star.

She said: "You know what, I'm not ashamed of anything that happened. I fall in love really hard, I do. I go deep. That person is it for me. And I love hard, and when it's over, it's over, and some people make mistakes.

"I wouldn't call it a mistake, it just is what happened in my life, so I'm excited to see what the future holds. It happened, and now I have to say I'm happier than I've ever been."

And now the 30-year-old star is thrilled to be dating fellow horse-rider Karl Cook, 25.

Speaking on CBS This Morning, she added: "He's special. I think that the horse connection is special."

Meanwhile, Kaley - whose divorce from Ryan was finalised earlier this week - previously revealed she "can't wait to be in love again".

She shared: "What happened changes the way I look at marriage, and that makes me sad. [But] It does not change the way that I look at love. I cannot wait to be in love again.

"I don't feel like I am ready yet ... which is so different for me. I dive into everything."

Kaley also admitted she has grown frustrated over the amount of times she has been romantically linked to her co-star and former boyfriend Johnny Galecki recently.

She said: "Johnny and I are very close now, but the worst part about that is I don't want stories like that, especially during the divorce, to hurt my ex.

"We have nods with each other. Johnny and I do this thing like a nod that says, 'I got you. I get it.'"
