The 42-year-old model - who married The Kills guitarist in 2011 but split last year after four years of marriage - is allegedly describing herself as "divorced" and has allegedly come to a pleasance agreement with the musician "some time ago" without any "high profile legal battle".

A source told The Mirror Online: "They reached an agreement some time ago, and neither of them wanted to make a spectacle of this.

"Instead, they agreed things between themselves and have quietly made the split formal without going through any sort of high profile legal battle."

It has been reported Kate - who has 14-year-old daughter Lila with her former partner Jeffeson Hack - has been granted the majority of their wealth, whilst Jamie is believed to have acquired possessions the former couple acquired during their four-year marriage, including paintings and other artworks.

Meanwhile, the catwalk icon - who is believed to be dating Count Nikolai von Bismarck despite rumours the couples relationship is on the rocks - has recently enjoyed a romantic getaway in Venice, Italy, with Nikolai, which saw her beau publicly declare his love for her.

Restaurant owner, Giovanni Fracassi, spotted the pair cosying up together, he said: "He [Nikolai] shouted out 'Ti amo', and then went down on his knee. It was very romantic.

"He took out a ring and it was funny because he said it's for after she is divorced. They were very much in love and she seemed so happy, I never saw her so happy before."

However, since being home Nikolai has been absent from star studded events, despite previously being glued to Kate's hip.

Speaking previously about Dave Gardner's star-studded birthday bash in London last month, which saw Kate party alone with friends, a source said: "Kate didn't seem too down at the party and didn't let slip any sadness about her love life.

"But Nikolai is normally permanently attached to her side so it was obvious there was something going on."
