Katie Price decided not to be Kerry Katona's bridesmaid because she didn't like the size of her dress.

Because the outfit was too small for Katie, she refused to wear the gown at Kerry's wedding to now-husband George Kay, instead attending the wedding as a guest and changing into a black and white playsuit.

A source told The Sun: "Katie made it clear she was unhappy at having to wear the playsuit.

"She had a face on her like a bulldog chewing a wasp.

"She sat through the ceremony in silence and left straight after the meal.

"But there were no major dramas. Kerry and George were in bed by 11pm and weren't even drunk."

After meeting on the third series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! back in 2004, the pair have been on/off friends ever since, but Kerry was "disappointed" that Katie quit her bridesmaid role.

The Sun's source added: "Katie was not even prepared to consider wearing a dress that didn't fit her properly.

"As soon as she found out, she pulled out of her official role altogether.

"Kerry was disappointed, but wasn't going to let it ruin her day."

Atomic Kitten bandmate Liz McClarnon, school friend Karen Belton and Mel B's sister Danielle all acted as Kerry's bridesmaids at the ceremony on Sunday September 14, in Totworth Court Hotel near Bristol in south west England.

Kerry's son Max and daughters Molly, Lily-Sue and Heidi walked the showbiz star down the aisle as well as the happy couple's five-month-old daughter Dylan-Jorge.
