Kelly Rohrbach used to "suck" her thumb while watching 'Baywatch' in the 90s.

The 27-year-old actress was cast as lifeguard CJ Parker in the big screen reboot, which is set to hit cinemas next week, and has admitted upon hearing she'd nabbed the part, she and her sisters re-watched the drama series, which starred David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, and can't believe the memories it brought back.
She said: "Everyone thinks I'm lying when I say how much 'Baywatch' was a part of lives. (We used to) suck our thumbs with our blankies and watch the show."
And, although she didn't have any first aid training prior to shooting the movie last year, she spent a whole month shadowing a lifeguard in Malibu to get an idea of their job.
She added to Esquire magazine: "We had stunt coordinators."
Kelly stars in the highly anticipated reboot alongside Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson as Mitch Buchannon - formerly played by Hasselhoff - and Zac Efron who plays Matt Brody - originally played by David Charvet.
Alexandra Daddario takes on the role of Summer Quinn, Ilfenesh Hadera plays Stephanie Holden, Victoria's Secret model Izabel Goulart portrays Amber, Instagram model Charlotte McKinney's alter ego is Julia and new character Victoria Leeds is portrayed by Priyanka Chopra.
Filmed in Miami, the story is centered on the discovery of a dead body that is washed ashore with the team tasked with getting to the bottom of what is really going on in their bay and uncovers a drug smuggling operation.
