The 33-year-old reality star is set to welcome her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson into the world in the coming months, and sources have said she couldn't be happier to be entering the world of motherhood.

An insider said: "Khloe has always wanted to be a mother, and is telling her family and friends constantly she is over-the-top happy. Khloe has that special glow about her. Khloe has been handling pregnancy great, and continues to maintain working out and eating as healthy as she can."

Khloe is currently living in Cleveland with her 26-year-old NBA star beau as he plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team, and sources also claim the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star will continue to split her time between the Ohio city and her native Los Angeles after her tot is born.

The source added to 'Entertainment Tonight': "Khloe and Tristan plan to have the baby born in Cleveland, but will continue to live a bicoastal life."

Whilst Khloe is no doubt excited to welcome her tot into the world, she's also been vocal about wanting to get her pre-pregnancy body back.

When talking about her pregnancy cravings in a post on her app, she said: "During my pregnancy, I'm obviously not beating myself up about what I'm eating at all. I'm more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I'm going to work off every pound. I'm actually really excited to get my body back. I can't wait!

"Of course, I can't go as hard as I did before, and I really do miss my intense workouts. Honestly, though, I'm just happy I still have the energy!"

The 'Revenge Body' star previously came under fire for working out while pregnant, but she blasted her critics and vowed to continue sharing her fitness posts.

She hit back on Twitter: "For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden. But MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended. Thanks kiddos! Don't make me stop sharing s**t (sic)."
